I knew then that I wasn't one of the cool kids....

1) Like the girl in this song, have you ever been in love with someone, but was afraid to tell them?
Aren't we always "afraid" to tell someone we love them?  That gives the other person the ability to hurt us, or to make our lives better.  Yes, I've been afraid - but I've taken that leap of faith.  And sometimes it's worked out, sometimes I've ended up like Wile-E-Coyote right before the ACME TNT explodes.  LOL  Nothing ventured, nothing gained..
2) Taylor Swift has been known to write songs about her real-life lovers. If you were to write a song about the most recent person you were romantically involved with, what would the title be?
Oh good Lord.  I could be nice or mean here.  It didn't work out.  So let's go with one of Taylor's about how we are Never.  Ever.  EVER.  Getting back together.  LOL
3) Ms. Swift recently turned 23 and has already won VMAs and AMAs and Grammys. What were you doing when you were 23? (If you aren't 23 yet, where do you see yourself when you hit it?)
23?!  Holy shit.   Probably making bad choices and looking for love in all the wrong places.

4) When you were a child, did you sleep with a plush toy? (If yes, please include its name in your answer.)
No.  I slept with one eye open because my older siblings liked to torture me while I was sleeping (think fingers in water to see if I peed my pants?)... Again - should have known then...
5) I'm making a Starbucks run. What can I get you?
Just a big regular coffee.  I'm not really into that frou-frou shit.  And Starbucks is too expensive.  Oh, wait.  If I've been to your city, grab me a city mug, willya?  I collect those.  :)  It started out just because I like a good sized mug, and then I realized they had them all over, so I started collecting.
6) It was 60 years ago that Clarence Birdseye first marketed frozen vegetables. Now it's your turn: Share something you learned recently.
Sometimes family isn't all about blood relations.  It's about who is there to support you, acknowledge you and sometimes, slap you upside the head when you need it.  That was a pretty tough lesson to learn, but I think I've come out of it a better person - with a few less people in my life to try and drag me down, and a few more that lift me up.
7) In junior high, were you class clown, teacher's pet, a geek, a jock ... or did you just melt into the background?
I blended...  Junior High was where the lines were drawn as far as cliques, and who was cool and who wasn't.  I knew when Paul Aleo decided to ask out Marisa Stenson instead of me that I wasn't one of the cool ones.  LOL
8) Was your most recent ticket for parking illegally or was it a moving violation?
I got a parking ticket last year for a no parking zone.  I should probably pay that..

9) Tell us about the last museum you visited.
Not sure.  But I went to the London Museum once.  THAT was awesome.  And I had tea.  With tea and scones and everything.  It was quite delightful.  And the museum?  I highly recommend it to anyone in the area..

Loved your answer to #7. Isn't it funny that when people recount school stories, they use their classmates' full names? That's how we remember them, as Paul Aleo and Marisa Stenson, not just Paul and Marisa.

That is funny, I never noticed that. And you're right!
