Stupid Lottery

Today we ripped off a blogger named Leo from the blog Leonine's Journal. He was tackling a meme that his blogging site, Live Journal, hosts. It has 5,000 questions. He did a hundred. So, we will take it from there. Link back to us at Sunday Stealing!
If you missed any part, and wish to catch up, Bud posted the first 100 here:
The 5000 Question Meme, Part Four

101. What does happiness/joy feel like physically?

Like rainbows, unicorns and puppies all rolled into one..

102. List five things you love starting with the one you love the absolute most.

A  My kid

B  My family (the ones I talk to)

C  My friends

D  Food.  I'll admit it.  I love food dammit.  Food food food.  Yum. Yum.  Yum.

The ocean

103. How many movies have you gone to see this year?

It's only March 3rd.  Come on, give me a break.  None.  OK.  Satisfied?  NONE.

104. If you could have 3 wishes...but none of them could be for yourself, what would you wish for?

1.  For people to stop fighting over stupid shit.
2. For people to have respect for each other.
3.  For anyone that ever abuses a child to just disappear into a cloud of smoke.

105. In what ways do you relax and de-stress when you are really tense?

I play Bejeweled.  Right now I'm #3 on my leader board.  But it's a great, mindless thing to do.

106. How much money would it take to get you to sell your blog address?

Buck three-eighty.  Why, you want it?  Seriously.  Who would want Boston65, other than another 47 year old from Boston.  And then how many 47 year olds from Boston want to write a blog?  I'm sure if I had some porn blog address people would want it.  Like - ooh, bigdick or winemedineme... you know.

107. Have you ever been hunting?

Hunting wabbits?  Never.  I've eaten the spoils of the hunt, though.  And come on, I live in Michigan - opening day for hunting season is like a national holiday here.

108. Have you attempted this 5000 question meme in the past?

Um.  No.  Have you?

109. What do you think of cloning?

Oh dear, one of me is more than enough, don't you think?

110. Do you read or watch TV more often?

I watch TV, and read before I go to sleep.  Usually I'm tired and don't get to read much, so I'll go with A, Wink.

111. With all this talk of terrorism going around are you willing to sacrifice rights and freedoms for increased safety?

Yeah... um... is this from 10 years ago?  I'm willing to spend more time in line, have more shit looked at and do whatever it takes to make sure that a plane that I get on will arrive safely.

112. What is the punishment you would come up with for Osama Bin Laden if you caught him alive?

oh, gee, I don't know - maybe DEATH??  Oh.  Wait.  Someone already did that..

113. Have you ever named an individual part of your body?

Other than "the girls", which by the way, are fabulous - no.  Would you like me to name things?  I could call my pinky toe Ralph or Gladys, ooh!  I know - my right tibia?  Fred.  My left ulna?  Cicely.  Want me to name more?

114. Have you ever been on the radio or on TV?

OMG, how many times do we have to go over this - I.  AM.  A.  BIG.  DEAL.   Not to mention a pretty pretty princess.  So yes.  To both.  Don't ask me again, or I'll take my autograph back!

115. Have you ever won a lottery, or sweepstakes?

I won $500 on a scratch ticket like 2 days before I left to go on vacation.  That was stellar. I've never won the lottery of love, though.  Yeah.  That's what it's like.  A lottery.  You spin around in a giant hampster wheel, hoping that Mr. Right will pull out your number, but instead you get a guy named *insert name here* that drinks waaaaaaaaaaaay too much, and red flags are popping up all over the place, and while you think that it'd be nice to have someone around, you just can't picture it ever happening?  Yeah.  Oh.  wait.  Wrong lottery.  In the words of the late, great Emily Litella?  Never mind..

116. Have you ever won a contest or competition?
Are you fucking kidding me.  I JUST went over this.  Read #115 again.

117. Have you ever watched The Joy of Painting show with Bob Ross (check out this link if you don't know who he is.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bob_Ross_(painter)?

Oh dear Lord - look at that hair.  And really?  He died in 1995.  NINETEEN NINETY FIVE.  That was before my kid, who is now driving, was BORN.

118. Do you know what your grandparents and your great grand parents did for a living?

My grandmother worked for a bank, my grandfather was a painter.  No clue about their parents.  On my father's side?  My grandfather worked for the Boston Police - the rumor is he was one of the first motorcycle patrolmen, and my grandmother stayed home.  No clue about their parents.

119. Is there anything really interesting in your family history?

Baaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahaahahaaaa!!  That's funny.  Where should I start

120. Is there anyone you trust completely?

Myself

I'm sorry, but I must stand up for Mr. Lance here. A sweepstakes and a lottery are games of chance, while contests require skill. I know because, while being an advertising is fun a lot of the time, it's also dull as dirty dishwater a lot of time ... like when I'm writing the fine print that you see on the entry forms.

I've heard a lot of good things about Bejeweled from Bejeweled addicts. Maybe I'll check it out -- if I dare!
